With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home has very impressive views of the lake from the living room, dining area and master bedroom! There are 3 TV's, 3 VHR's, a DVD player, PS2 and CD player. The home has keyless entry for your convenience. The tiled kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage space, there's also a laundry room off the garage, an open plan living room with three sofas and a ceiling fan and there's a formal dining area off the living room and kitchen for your convenience. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed, dresser, ceiling fan with lights, and a chair while the master en-suite bathroom includes a bath with jets, separate shower cubicle, his n' her vanities, toilet, tiled floor and walk-in-closet. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and has views of the lake beyond. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a ceiling fan while the other two bedrooms both have twin beds. There is a communal bathroom with single vanity, toilet and bath with overhead shower. There are window treatments throughout. On the south-facing pool deck you will find a covered lanai with ceiling fan and light, a deck with raised steps to the rear, an outdoor shower, electric heatable pool, pool blanket and upgraded patio furniture that consists of a round table, 4 chairs and 4 loungers. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. The luxurious homes are minutes away from many golf courses, restaurants and supermarkets such as those found at Formosa Gardens Blvd and Hwy 192. Getting to and from the theme parks is easy with this ideal location. You really can visit the parks in the morning, spend the afternoons relaxing by your own private pool and return to the parks in minutes. Within this superb community there is a communal pool and cabana, children’s play area and you do not need a license to fish in the well stocked lake where they have a fish & release policy. Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.
