What to expect from our Florida Holiday Homes

Our Holiday Homes feature screened in private swimming pool, pool deck with lounge chairs, telephone, cable TV, central air conditioning and heating, washing machine and clothes dryer.

• Kitchens are usually spacious and open plan with plenty of cabinets and a breakfast bar. They are equipped with 4 range oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants.
  
  
• Dining areas with tables and chairs accommodate a minimum of 4 guests with many accommodating all guests.
  
  
• Swimming pool areas have a minimum of 2 sun loungers. Pool heating is not necessary in the summer months and not all pools are equipped with heaters. Swimming pools with the ability to be heated must be requested at the time of booking.
  
  
• Living areas are furnished with a minimum of a sleeper sofa, love seat, television, tables and lamps.
  
  
• Master bedrooms will have a King or Queen bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms will have either a double bed or two twin beds with at least one shared bathroom and shower.
  
  
• A supply of towels and linens accommodating all guests are provided.
  
  
• Homes will be cleaned prior to arrival. Any cleaning during a holiday can be arranged with the management company for a nominal fee to be paid locally.

Located in established sub-divisions, all homes are of good quality and standards, meeting all basic requirements for a clean self catering holiday home. Perfect for the budget minded vacationer. All homes are minutes from an abundant selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located from 10 to 20 minutes drive to Disney, Sea World and Universal attraction parks. 3 bedroom(sleeps 8) ,4 bedroom (sleeps 10) & 5 bedroom (sleeps 12) homes
